Ms. Sweta Sharma is a double Masters in Commerce and Business Management. She is a young, pleasant and dynamic Chief Executive Officer of iPEC who wants to make the Institute an epitome of professional excellence at a jet speed. As the winner of her Post Graduate "Best Summer Research Project Award" at Reliance Energy Management Institute where she worked on "Evolving Gross Happiness Index of an organization" under the guidance of Dr. B.S.K. Naidu; she knows the roots of happiness in an organization and is trying to nurture them at iPEC quite diligently. She leaves no stone unturned to see that the "Holistic Capacity Building" becomes the corner stone of HR, Training & Development and Business Management.
